They came out awesome. Installation was very easy even for just me alone. I used them yesterday on Chickamauga and they worked great, It was actually easier for me to walk up the steps to get on the boat and then walk down backwards getting off the boat with extended handrail.

The steps are very well made and look good on your boat, I would definitely recommend them to anyone it makes it so easy getting in and out of your boat. well constructed and plenty heavy. steps fall out of level a tad when a 200# man steps on it. I attribute this to a little "slop" where I bolted it on to my roller post. would be less sloppy if welded. also, if the arm we put on the roller post was about 2" longer it would have moved my steps out the same amount. As is, the step rail is about 1/2" from the rub rail of the boat. not much room for error if I come in too "hot" when loading.

I made the right choice when I had Boat EFX fabricate and Ship my new Trailer Stairs for my 219 Champion Bass Boat. Service was Excellent as well as the shipping of the product. They really did an Excellent Job. The Installation was a breeeze and I can’t be any Happier now that I have it installed.

I have an older Champion boat. When I ordered my steps, BoatEFX asked me to send them a couple photos of my trailer to get the correct fit. The steps and the mount kit are excellent quality. The circular mount I received was not quite wide enough to mount on my trailer main rail. I had to mount it to my winch upright which was a narrower C channel. The narrow channel flexes just a bit. I remedied this by cutting a block and wedging it between the main trailer channel and the horizontal mounting tube supplied by BoatEFX. It works but I wish I had discussed the fit with them before the item shipped. They might have been able to offer some other alternatives to mounting it on my trailer.
