BoatEFX Trailer Steps

Where are your steps made?

In the USA! All of our steps are made from American steel and are cut, welded, and powder coated right here in Ohio.

Installation

Step installation is very simple and usually takes less than 30 minutes. You can check out our installation page for video walk-throughs as well. No drilling required for most boat trailers. If you have any issues with the fitment of the steps, please give us a call (513) 855-1192 and we will do whatever is needed to get you up and on the water!

Will trailer steps fit in my garage?

All of our steps will fit through a standard 7ft tall garage door. If you have a shorter garage door height, we can modify your steps per your request in order to get them to the needed size.

Weight capacity

Our steps are made of American steel and are rated and tested for up to 450lbs.

Trailer step dimensions?

Our steps are 6' 1/2" tall and 8" wide. Meaning in most cases the steps will not stick out beyond your boat fenders/tires.

How Do I Measure My Winch Post?

On occasion we may ask you to measure the width of your trailer winch post. We need 3 measurements, width (bow to stern), width (port to starboard), and the height. Refer to this image for a guide.

Will my GraphLOX be keyed the same?

Yes. If you order more than 1 set of GraphLOX we will be sure to key them all the same.

What if I already have GraphLOX and need more?

On our GraphLOX product page there is an option to type in your current key code. Your new locks will be keyed to match.

What if my boat is not listed on your site?

We are able to manufacture our trailer steps for just about every boat and trailer type, brand, and year. Feel free to use our custom step product option or give us a call at (513) 855-1192.

Do you offer Military discounts?

We do! We offer a 10% discount to all military and first responders through GovX. You can learn more here.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

Shipping

How long will it take to receive my order?

Our shipping lead times vary depending on the season and the products ordered. However, we generally are able to ship orders within 5-7 business days. Our boat accessories often ship much sooner.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! All orders over $100 come with free shipping.

What countries do you ship to?

We regularly ship to the United States and Canada. To enquire about shipping to a different destination, please contact us.

Returns and Refunds

Need to return a product?

Products must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Products must be returned in the same condition in which they were received and include all the original packaging and parts. Returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

What is your warranty policy?

We offer a Limited Lifetime warranty on all BoatEFX products. You can learn more about our warranty policy here.

What if my product was received damaged?

We take care in packaging our products for shipping, however, once an item has left our facility it is no longer in our control in the handling of your order. If you receive a damaged shipping box please contact us before opening and within 48hrs of delivery.
