Slightly deceitful, I purchased this item visibly thinking I was getting the complete Boom step vs. just a stick on foam upgrade. Yes, the product looks great, but now I need to order the actual aluminum attachment. Customer service is 5 stars and shipping was fast. The actual website does provide the sperate products, but the link and page I went to did not show side by side.
The steps are a great accessory to add to your trailer! To climb in or out of your is so much easier!

Service and response was great have ordered steps and TM door pedal cover and one deck plug had an issue with steps not fitting correctly They did replace with different style. The deck plug was not what i hoped but once again Do to the age of my boat The customer service is outstanding ! I would still purchase products from BoatEFX again great staff ,Abby is great to work with. Thanks

I did have to put some galvanized shims between the tongue and bolts because it wanted to keep twisting so I filled in that little gap now it’s perfect.
I worked with Austin on the orginal order of steps plus when the steps arrived without the anti-theft nuts. When i contacted him again, he was quick to ship out the missing anti-theft nuts. I am extremely happy with the steps as well as my fishing partners (mainly my wife) as they no longer get wet feet at the launch securing my boat to the trailer.
I have ran this mount on my tracker and now I'm running the same mount again.
These mounts are the best. Dealing with boat efx was very professional.
The ordering process was pretty straightforward. My steps showed up quicker than I expected. The install was easy. The build quality is excellent. They are designed to be adjustable so there are a couple location options when installing them which is pretty slick. I’m very satisfied with my BoatEFX steps!
