How To Determine Number of Steps Needed?

    The workmanship, quality of hardware, adjustability, and assembly instructions for these steps are incredible!! Additionally, customer service was very helpful! I am extremely satisfied with my purchase!! Just waiting for the anti theft hardware when the company receives more sets.

    Your product is very good. However, having received the wrong instructions was a disappointment and unable to find instructions on YouTube as well. Unfortunately, because of this, I would not be able to recommend the product to my friends.

    Great product. Helpful in the ordering. Received in a timely fashion. Tried to follow instructions and watch installation instructions but it didn’t reflect the model I ordered. Called for help spoke with someone who was to send an updated diagram. Never received. Called back twice and left two different messages. No returned call. Fortunately my son-in-law and I figured it out.
