Great customer service!!

I bought a couple electronic cover traps. Very inexpensive items. Was supposed to get a 5%off code for my first order but did not. Not a big deal at all but I responded to my confirmation email just to let them know in case there was a glitch. Less than 24hrs later Ryan had responded and credited my card the couple dollars. Again I was not expecting it at all. GREAT customer service, the straps work great, and I look forward to ordering my boat steps soon!
