Will BoatEFX steps work on MY boat?

Yes! Our team has devised a system that allows us to quickly analyze your specific boat & trailer combination to ensure all proper mounting hardware it sent with your order! Once your order is submitted, you'll get an email requesting a couple of dimensions and photos that ensure we send the proper sized mounting brackets & hardware!

I know you said you CAN make steps for MY boat... BUT...

You have a short winch post? 
Your spare tire is in the way? 
You have a folding tongue? 
You have a modified trailer? 
Your trolling motor may be in the way?

We understand that every set-up is completely different which is exactly why we don't produce cookie cutter step systems. We've proudly been making steps in Ohio for many years and have truly seen it all when it comes to unique boat + trailer scenarios - we're confident we can create steps that will not only WORK for your unique set-up BUT steps that will last season after season while still looking pristine!

What if the steps sit too far away from my boat?

Valid question - we're glad you asked! Our team knows that this is an obstacle boaters face when they go with steps made by our competition. This is why we devised the first ever, Patent-Pending adjustability plates that allow your steps to swivel and slide into just the right spot, so your system fits your boat and trailer like it was made just for it — because it is.

What if I order the wrong steps?

We won't let that happen! When you take this quiz, you'll be directed to the exact page you'll need to order the correct steps! The quiz has tips and tricks along the way to help you select all the correct choices while you order BUT let's just say you DO (somehow) choose the wrong step configuration -- our team of experts personally reviews every step order BEFORE it is even created to ensure it's the perfect fit. If there is an issue, we'll call you to discuss before production starts. 

My boat is not on it's factory trailer or my trailer has been modified... now what?

That's no issue at all - once your order is placed, we will reach out requesting a couple dimensions and photos to help us ensure that your steps fit like a glove!

How long will it take to get my steps? 

Once we have the information we need to ensure a custom fit, the current lead times are as follows:
Steel steps (bass boats & deep V) - 2-4 business days
AlumaSTEPs (saltwater boats) & WakeEFX - 3-6 business days
*This is time to produce and ship! (All steps ship free with UPS!)
