I purchased the 8" Tallboy to replace the current mount. The mount is very well built and sturdy. I really like the increased height of the graphs. I also added the tool holder to the mount to have tools readily accessible.
I would highly recommend BoatEFX products.
Absolutely rock solid mount. Put it though its paces with some rough water and big runs and the graphs don’t vibrate or jiggle one bit. Would recommend this to anyone shopping for an extremely solid and reliable mount.
Love it so far but I ordered for a Garmin and a hummingbird but I may change my mind on ordering a hummingbird and stick with Garmin. Is it possible to send the brackets for hummingbird back and change to Garmin? Great product so far, super strong and well built. Far better then other products on the market now.
