    More than mildly disappointed

    The instructions I received didn't match with my unit components and factory assembly. Additionally, I wonder why I sent photos. Had to mount unit on side I-beam instead of center square tubing. The I-beam rolls over some when I apply weight to steps. For the money, y'all could really do MUCH better.

    The threaded rod idea is crappy. Half the nuts should be standard double nuts. Holes didn't line up on 2 of 4. Just do better.

    Unbelievably perfect

    You folks asked for pics and dimensions then fabricated and shipped my custom step within a day. Unbelievable customer service and a wonderful product. Send anyone to to for a chat!
