Great steps

Before I purchased the steps I had several question. I made contact, by phone, and received the answers I needed. The representative was extremely helpful to the extent that I ordered the steps right then. They were delivered quickly, with all the parts. The written instructions were hard to follow and the pictures weren’t very clear, but I figured it out and the steps work great.
