Dual Console Graph Mount

The product is beautiful, works great and the team is awesome to work with. My boat isn’t on their list, so I entered it manually. They reached out for a few measurements and pictures, then sent a custom mounting plate and backer plate that fit perfect. I couldn’t be happier. I initially thought the installation instructions could be improved (like other feedback) then I realized that due to the highly custom nature of the mounts attachment, providing a one-size-fits-all instruction guide is nearly impossible. It wasn’t difficult to adapt the instructions to my specific console.

I recently purchased the dual graph mount and absolutely love it. The quality is outstanding. My only complaint would be the lack of instructions for installation, kind of confusing off of what was provided.

Was between this one or precision sonar mount. I chose this one because it was a better value because the other brand was higher in price and you had to buy a $80 spacer for the steering column. This mount looks great and was a snap to install. I put a 10” and a 12” Helix on mine and it handles them perfectly. They don’t flop around in rough water. Will recommend them to my friends, and anyone else who wants them.

Once I got everything installed correctly the product is amazing. I didn't have instructions and missed tightening some pre-installed bolts which I had to disassemble the mount and reassemble it. I also feel like an Allen wrench being included in the kit would be super helpful.

Girl that answered the phone there is rude and doesn’t seem to care about getting it right. I told her and emailed her the dimensions of what I needed and she still got it wrong.
So, round two the remake was done and the dimensions were correct, but then left off the two adjustable slides that supposed to come with it, she verified they would.. I gave up. So, a big fat one star for customer service.
